1. Information we process

For regular order enquiries, you may enter name, preferred date, pickup or delivery preference, products and notes. For custom enquiries, you may provide date, time, flavor, size, guest count, theme, budget and delivery details. The site does not process online checkout payments.

For reviews, you may submit name, 1–5 star rating, text, photos and a product or custom-order category. Submission date is recorded by the system.

2. Local browser cart

Product IDs, selected variants and quantities are stored in your browser’s Local Storage to keep your bag between page visits. This is not a customer account. Clearing this site’s browser data removes the local bag.

3. WhatsApp & email

When you choose to send an enquiry, your supplied details are prepared for WhatsApp. Once sent, further communication takes place under the messaging provider’s own privacy arrangements. Emails are used to reply to your enquiry.

4. Review & photo moderation

Text and photos remain pending until approved by FULL LOVE BAKERY. Approved reviews display an anonymized name, rating, text, system-recorded submission date and approved photos. We do not use an unsubstantiated verified-purchase badge.

For abuse prevention, the server may create a non-reversible technical identifier. The review system is designed not to retain the raw IP address as published review content.

5. Why we use this information

We use provided details to respond to enquiries, confirm orders, dates, stock, fulfilment and price, process custom cake or corporate requests, moderate reviews and protect submission forms from spam.

6. No membership profiles

No customer account is required to browse or review products. A review submitter’s original name is not published, and browsing does not automatically create a public profile.

7. Retention & deletion requests

Order and communication data are retained as required for real business records. Reviews may be pending, approved or rejected. Contact us on WhatsApp or email to enquire about, correct or request deletion of your review or related information; please provide enough detail to identify it.
